  1. Goodman reward points (“Reward Points”) will be awarded on execution of an agreement for lease, unconditional lease, sale transactions, or off-market acquisitions, upon settlement, between the customer and any entity within the Goodman Group, on terms and conditions acceptable to Goodman, for any of the available space within the Australian portfolio. If more than one agent has acted, the Reward Points may be allocated at Goodman’s discretion.
  2. The Nomination Form must be submitted no later than (a) four weeks after the lease commencement of a Qualifying Leasing Agreement or (b) within four weeks after the settlement date of a Qualifying Sale Agreement. Time is of the essence.  If no Nomination Form within this period of time or an incomplete Nomination Form is received then the relevant transaction will not be eligible for Reward Points.
  3. To be eligible for Reward Points for leasing transactions, the entrant must have been the agent acting in relation to a new agreement to lease or lease, for a lease term of not less than three years, executed on or after 6 November 2023 (“Qualifying Leasing Agreement”).
